Recently, Excite Technology were challenged to push the boundaries of hybrid video communications by broadcasting a series of live events to a multi-lingual global audience supported by teams of local and remote-based interpreters.  We leveraged our specialist consultancy and integration skills, coupled with our deep knowledge of discussion and interpretation systems to assemble a project team that could realise this project on time and on budget. We were able to interface the clients existing interpretation booths and language distribution system with feeds from remote-based interpreters and bring these sources into a high-definition broadcast in a multi-camera studio environment that was temporarily constructed specifically for these events.
